MRT
- Bannan Line – Taipei City Hall Station (Exit 2): A shuttle bus departs every 10 minutes (every 30 minutes after 19:30).
- Wenhu Line – Liuzhangli Station (Single Exit): Wait at the bus stop toward Keelung Road. Shuttles run every 15 minutes during peak hours and every 30 minutes during off-peak hours.
- Tamsui-Xinyi Line – Xiangshan Station (Exit 3): Take the stairs up and walk straight to the first bus bay. Shuttles depart approximately every 40 minutes.
- Shuttle from TMU Hospital to MRT Stations: Boarding location: Next to the main entrance of the Third Medical Building, TMU Hospital.

Car
- From National Freeway No. 3: Exit onto Xinyi Expressway, enter Xinyi Road, turn left onto Songren Road, right onto Songqin Street, then left onto Songzhi Road. Continue straight past Zhuangjing Road for about 300 meters. The Taipei Medical University campus will be on the left.
- From Huandong Boulevard: Exit onto Keelung Road, head toward Taipei City Hall, turn left onto Songgao Road, then right onto Songzhi Road. Continue straight past Zhuangjing Road for about 300 meters. The campus will be on the left.
